While We all "Grieve" on the untimely demise of Steve Jobs, and celebrate the launch of his upcoming Biography, the death of another pioneer in IT industry goes unnoticed.. Yes, I am talking about Dennis Ritchie.. the pioneer of the C Programming Language and the UNIX Operating system, which is now living through its numerous Avatars,the "Linux"....
If at all, anyone has inspired us to live to the dictum "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life...", it is through these numerous Linux versions as also numerous OSS that we live it... not the mostly white-colored fruit!
